How to read these PLO preflop charts
Each chart is the opening strategy of a solved spot: for every seat, how often the solver raises, calls or folds when the action is folded to it, as a share of all 270,725 four-card starting hands. “UTG opens 19.5%” in 6-max 100bb cash means 52,770 of those combos raise first in.
Opening ranges widen as the seat gets later and the table gets shorter: in that same 6-max spot the solver opens 19.5% from UTG but 50.8% from the button, and 3-max and 4-max tables open wider still because fewer players are left to act behind.
Cash spots are solved for several stake levels (low, mid and high) and stack depths from 50 to 150bb; tournament (MTT) spots use the shorter 30–50bb stacks of tournament play. Compare neighbouring spots to see how much the strategy moves.
A chart page summarises the first decision. To see which exact hands raise, with the EV of each, open the spot in the free viewer: it has the full preflop tree, including the responses to raises and 3-bets.
